YOUR DIAGNOSIS

THE BANDWIDTH CEILING

The strategy is there. The ambition is there. The budget is probably there. What’s missing is the execution capacity to run the machine at the speed and volume it needs. You’re leaving growth on the table because your team is already at capacity.

YOUR IMMEDIATE INJECTION — DO THIS THIS WEEK

IMMEDIATE ACTIONS THIS WEEK: DO AN HONEST CAPACITY AUDIT

Before you hire, contract, or restructure, get clear on where the bandwidth is actually going. Start here:

  • List every recurring marketing task your team does in a month. Categorize each as: strategic (only we can do this), execution (someone else could do this), or coordination (exists because of fragmentation). Anything in the last two categories is a target.
  • Count how many vendors your team manages. Every vendor relationship costs roughly 3–5 hours/month in meetings, briefings, and reviews. If you have 4 vendors, that’s 12–20 hours/month of coordination overhead — that’s half a person.
  • Identify the one growth initiative that’s been on your roadmap for 3+ months but hasn’t launched. That’s your bandwidth signal. What’s actually blocking it?
  • Calculate what it would cost to add capacity in the specific area that’s bottlenecking — not headcount, but outcomes. What would 10 more assets/month change? What would systematic A/B testing change? Price the outcome, not the hours.

ONE TEAM. FULL LOOP. NO HANDOFFS.

Misfit consolidates what typically requires three separate vendors: audience intelligence, creative production, and performance execution — into one retainer. If you’re serious about closing the gap, let’s start with a complimentary audit of your ecosystem. No pitch, just a clear picture of where opportunities are.
